“Discover the Secret Rotator Cuff Exercises that Will Cure a Rotator Cuff Injury Every Time!”
A Done-For-You Tool Box of 85 Guaranteed Exercises that will Finally Hep Your Clients Decrease Pain, Improve Range of Motion and Heal Rotator Cuff Injuries!
Dear Fitness Professional,
If you are interested in helping your clients overcome their rotator cuff injury with fast, simple, and effective exercises that most fitness & health professionals don’t know about, then read this important letter.
Here’s Why:
My name is Rick Kaselj. I’m an exercise and injuries expert and international fitness presenter. I have written numerous articles that have appeared in fitness association magazines, authored leading exercise and injury manuals and taught over 303 presentations to 6027 fitness professionals across Canada and United States.
I’ve developed the Effective Rotator Cuff Exercise Program to help clients with rotator cuff injuries and pain; improve the range of motion of their arm, decrease pain in their arm and increase stability in the shoulder.
The Effective Rotator Cuff Exercise program is a combination of 6 years of University study (including a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science), 15 years of hands-on experience, 1000’s of personal training session and careful scrutiny of 151 medical research papers.
When I finished off my Masters degree, I began using the therapeutic exercise program for the rotator cuff that I researched in my masters’ program at university. I got good results when it came to the strength of the shoulder, arm and rotator cuff. But my clients still had pain, decrease range of motion and decreased function.
It’s not your fault.
I think most of us with lots of training experience and all kinds of letters after our name would like to think we know it all and don’t make mistakes, but…..
I made a mistake.
I had a great therapeutic exercise program for the rotator that helped improve the strength of the rotator cuff.
Heck, I spent one year at university researching it, writing a paper about it and getting it published in the Canadian Journal of Kinesiology.
I learned that a strong rotator cuff DOES NOT mean a rotator cuff with good range of motion, pain-free movement, good shoulder strength and a full functioning shoulder.
When I found this out, I was worried.
I worried that I might:
- Hurt my clients with rotator cuff injuries
- Would make things worse for my rotator cuff clients’
- Could re-injure my clients’ with rotator cuff injuries
- Wondered if I would be able to help my clients’ with rotator cuff injuries
- Not know what to do if I had a client with a rotator cuff injury
I was supposed to be the shoulder injury guy!
I had gone back to university and completed my Masters degree in Exercises Science focusing on exercise and injuries.
I had to hit the books again and look back at all the work I had done with 46 health care professionals (doctors, orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, massage therapists, occupational therapists, kinesiologists, exercise therapist, exercise physiologist, rehabilitation assistants). I dug back in past rotator cuff clients to see what worked and did not worked when putting the best rotator cuff program together.
I was amazed at what I found.
I discovered, I was missing so much when it came to my therapeutic exercise program for the rotator cuff.
The thing that scared me was, I wonder:
- What exercises fitness professionals give their rotator cuff clients?
- Where do other fitness professionals get their information when working with rotator cuff injuries?
I know I have gone back to school for a year to get an advance Masters degree and put in hundreds of hours putting together the Effective Rotator Cuff Exercise Program.
From 16 years of working in personal training studios, gyms, recreation centres and fitness centers; I knew most fitness professionals don’t do this much research when looking for the most effective exercises for an injury.
Now I have the Effective Rotator Cuff Exercise Program, I’m confident to face my clients with a Rotator Cuff Injury.
I have a “Go-To” rotator cuff exercise program, full of rotator cuff exercises than I can give my clients.
It was a lot of work to put together but now I am happy to have the Effective Rotator Cuff Exercise Program at my finger tips because it is there to help me and my clients.

Very Beneficial Use in the Clinic as a Physical Therapist
“Dear Rick I would be happy to help you out with the rotator cuff program. I have reviewed the program and have found it very beneficial for use in the clinic. As a physiotherapist it is always challenging to provide patients with all the information and handouts they require. Rick’s systematic approach and reliant/ clear patient handout have helped me keep on top of patient education. In the long run this equals more compliance and better results. I also think the way the program is divided into goal focused sections helps keep patients focused on their exercises and their rehab goals. Overall I think it is a great program and it has really helped me address rotator cuff injuries within a clinical setting. Thanks Rick.”

Questions & Answers
The Effective Rotator Cuff Exercise Program sounds expensive?
To be honest, it is a deal!
I just recently paid $400 for a 6 hour-one day course. It was okay but I got a photocopy handout with no reference material, no notes to take home and no exercise photos.
With Effective Rotator Cuff Exercise Program you get a resource manual on rotator cuff exercises.
Along with the manual, you get a one hour video presentation of me going through my most effective rotator cuff exercise program. This no-brainer program is where I start all my rotator cuff clients.
Plus, all of the other bonuses you get.
How is the Effective Rotator Cuff Exercise Program different from your Scapular Stabilization Exercise Program?
With all shoulder injuries, scapular stabilization exercises is important.
I explain this in the Most Effective Rotator Cuff Exercise Program video, that there are 6 components to a rotator cuff exercise program. One of those components is scapular stabilization.
With my rotator cuff clients, I get them to do scapular stabilization exercises but I also give them exercises from the other 5 components of an Effective Rotator Cuff Exercise Program.
I go through those other 5 components in the Effective Rotator Cuff Exercise video presentation.
When I train a client with a rotator cuff injury, I just give them the same exercises that I give all my shoulder injury clients?
Would you give a client who wants to lose weight the same exercise program as someone who wants to strengthen their lower back?
I would say, “no”.
Just the same, I would not give all shoulder injuries the same exercises.
All shoulder injuries are unique and have there own areas of focus and exercises to help them recover.
Since the rotator cuff is the most common shoulder injury, I know the Effective Rotator Cuff Exercise Program will be invaluable to you, since it is full of exercises for the rotator cuff.
Are my rotator cuff clients need to purchase expensive equipment to do the exercises?
No way!
I am a big believer of the KISS principle (Keep It Simple Stupid).
I use common equipment found in the gym or that can be bought by your client for a very cheat price at a department store.
Are the exercises in the Effective Rotator Cuff Exercise Program the same old shoulder exercises that I learned in my personal training certification course?
Nope!
I have a number of fitness certifications.
I even teach some of the fitness certification courses.
I know what is taught in them and none of them go over these rotator cuff exercises.
Here are the Benefits of The Effective Rotator Cuff Exercise Program:
- A list of rare but effective rotator strengthening exercises will be revealed
- Common and uncommon rotator cuff stretching exercises are given
- A suggested list of range of motion exercises will be demonstrated
- You will discover a ready-to- use 12 week rotator cuff exercise program
- Recommended rotator cuff strengthening exercises will be taught
- An outline of pulley exercises for the rotator cuff will be explained
- An introduction to the 7 structures that make up the shoulder joint
- Discover the structures that stabilizes the shoulder joint
- The 5 most common causes of rotator cuff injuries will be discussed
- Be introduced to the 12 factors that influence the risk of a rotator cuff injury
- Learn the 3 most common injuries that occur to the rotator cuff
- Have common assessment and diagnostic tools explained to you
- Review the 6 treatment options when it comes to rotator cuff injuries
- You get my best rotator cuff exercise program that you can give to your rotator cuff clients
- This manual is written at a level that even your clients will be able to read it and understand it. I encourage you to lend it to them so they can have a better understanding of their injury
- Be the first of your fitness colleagues to get this as it will become the go-to manual for fitness professionals with clients who have rotator cuff injury. Be the first to get it and show it off!
More Questions & Answers
I was told that working with clients with a rotator cuff injury is way out of my scope of practice?
I would say, “no”.
All of my clients’ have gotten the okay from their doctor, orthopedic specialist, physical therapist, chiropractor or massage therapist to start a rotator cuff exercise program and have been encourage by their health care team to start a post rotator cuff injury exercise program.
This is where I help.
I go to my Effective Rotator Cuff Exercise Program and set up a comprehensive rotator cuff exercise program to help my clients overcome their rotator cuff injury so they can improve their shoulder range of motion, increase rotator cuff strength, decrease arm pain and improve upper body function.
Most of my clients are sent out on their own to start a rotator cuff exercise program, can this help them?
I help them find a rotator cuff exercise program they feel comfortable with, that is safe, leads to fast results, prevents re-injury, is effective and helps improve their rotator cuff health.
I make sure my client brings a copy of the exercise program to doctor, orthopedic specialist, physical therapist, chiropractor and massage therapist to see if they have any issues with any of the exercises or suggestions on the exercise program.
That is it.
Who else uses the exercises in the Effective Rotator Cuff Exericse Program?
I use to design, implement and progress the rotator cuff exercises for the patients of physicians, orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, massage therapists, occupational therapists, chiropractors and Kinesiolgoists.
Many of the exercises I learned from them plus some of the exercises I found on my own and have put them into the Effective Rotator Cuff Exercise Program.
Is the Effective Rotator Cuff Exercise Program one of those thick sport medicine textbooks that has all kind of anatomy and surgery stuff and nearly no exercise information?
No Way! I have shelves full of those text books from university.
The Effective Rotator Cuff Exercise Program has a taste of anatomy so you have a better understanding of the exercises and a few pages letting you know what you need to know about the medical options for your rotator cuff client but it is mainly full of rotator cuff exercises.
Is the Effective Rotator Cuff Exercise Program one of those physical therapy books with all kinds of assessments and mobilizations that I am not allowed to do?
Nope!
There is a little section on assessment that your client may go through with their doctor or qualified health professional.
The assessment information is in the manual so you have a better understanding of the assessments a doctor does in order to determine if your client has or the severity of the rotator cuff injury.
The vast majority of the Effective Rotator Cuff Program are exercises that you can use with your rotator cuff clients.
Is the Effective Rotator Cuff Exercise Program all words and no pictures?
Nope!
I am a fitness professional and I know that fitness professionals are visual and like good pictures and brief explanation to the point exercise description. That is what the Effective Rotator Cuff Exercise Program has.
How good of a stick man drawer are you?
I am really bad.
Really bad!
The manual has no stick men in it.
It has photos of the start of the exercise and the end of the exercise.
Plus, you can photocopy or print out a copy of the exercise to give to your clients.
Is the Effective Rotator Cuff Exercise Program written in scientific language and very wordy like your masters project?
Very funny.
No way.
I know most fitness professionals do not read research papers as much as I do.
I know fitness professionals want an effective exercise program and exercises for their rotator cuff clients and that is what is in the Effective Rotator Cuff Exercise Program.
I give you some info other than exercises so you have a better understanding of everything that is involved around a rotator cuff injury.
Most content of the manual are exercises.

Increase in My Range of Motion
“I had been working out at a local gym for some time and after getting into a car accident, I was advised to work with a kinesiologist to help repair and rebuild the strength in my shoulder. I was referred to one kinesiologist, who built me a good custom strength program, but I found my shoulder wasn’t healing properly and my muscles would tighten and push my shoulder out of place. The trainer referred me to Rick because of his history specifically dealing with shoulder injuries. Rick immediately had me stop the weight training and we focused on “small twitch” muscle repair. I was skeptical because I had never heard of these muscles and the exercises Rick suggested required light force and different angles of pressure, without the use of weights. After two weeks, I had a noticeable increase in my range of motion and my reoccurring muscle tightness started to decline. After two years of rehabilitation, I was finally making progress I was satisfied with. I would recommend Rick to anyone with hard to pinpoint and nagging upper body injuries, especially shoulder/rotator cuff and muscles that lead to the neck. I am very pleased with the results and I continue to work with Rick.”
